NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANISATIONS

As not-for-profits grow, there are points when additional commercial and corporate expertise can make all the difference. It may be working with Boards on up-skilling or strategy development, reviewing organisational structures or capacity, evaluating programs, services or roles/responsibilities, client consultation or repositioning for future growth. We have worked with a number of not-for-profits when they have needed some additional corporate support, resource or an external perspective on an organisational issue.

Thinking about getting external advice?

Sometimes when you're not part of the day to day struggle, you can see things from a different perspective. That's why an external, independent point of view can help to improve organisational performance.

Our approach integrates research and evaluation with strategic thinking, planning and implementation to bring about real change in organisations.

If you would like to talk about an organisational issue or how to optimise performance, please contact our directors for a non-obligation discussion about your needs and how we might be able to help.
